Payment terms

1. General provisions

1.1. The sales operator is the brand Elegant Investors operating under Elegant Investors.

1.2. Payments apply to digital products, live online courses, subscriptions, and additional materials.

1.3. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these payment terms and the service regulations.

2. Payment methods

2.1. We accept payments by debit and credit cards, instant bank transfers, and selected local payment methods available through our payment operators.

2.2. Authorization may require 3D Secure verification in accordance with PSD2.

2.3. A payment is considered completed once confirmed by the payment operator.

3. Currencies and taxes

3.1. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Euro (EUR). In some cases, prices may also be shown in other currencies for informational purposes only, however settlement is always made in Euro.

3.2. Taxes are calculated in accordance with applicable tax regulations based on the customer’s place of residence or consumption of digital services. For customers located within the European Union, VAT is charged in accordance with EU rules for digital services, including the place of consumption principle.

3.3. A bank or payment operator may charge fees related to currency conversion or international transactions. Elegant Investors are not responsible for these costs.

4. Invoices

4.1. Invoices are issued in electronic form based on the details provided at the time of purchase.

4.2. Invoice details must be entered before payment. Changes after issuance may be limited by law.

5. Access to content after payment

5.1. Digital products and on-demand content are made available after the payment has been credited.

5.2. Access to subscriptions is activated upon confirmation of the recurring payment.

5.3. For live courses, access to materials and organizational links is provided no later than on the course start date.

6. Solo, Duo, and Team packages

6.1. The Solo package provides access for one person.

6.2. The Duo package provides access for two specific individuals indicated by the purchaser. We do not match participants into pairs.

6.3. The Team package provides access for three or four individuals indicated by the purchaser.

6.4. Participants’ email addresses must be provided no later than two business days before the start of the live course. Failure to provide complete details may delay access activation.

7. Subscriptions and recurring billing

7.1. Subscriptions renew automatically for the next billing period until cancelled.

7.2. Cancellation can be made at any time in the account panel. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

7.3. Fees for a started subscription period are non-refundable.

7.4. Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle or as indicated in the account panel, including any proportional settlement if applicable.

8. Refunds and cancellations

8.1. Live courses. You may cancel and receive a full refund up to seven calendar days before the first session begins. After this date, refunds are not available unless the course regulations state otherwise.

8.2. On-demand digital content. After access has been granted, refunds are not available if you consented to the commencement of service before the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of the right to withdraw.

8.3. Subscriptions. Refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period are not available. Cancellation disables automatic renewal.

8.4. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Promotions, codes, and Elegant Share

9.1. Discount and promotional codes have a defined validity period and usage conditions.

9.2. Elegant Share is a personal referral privilege. It may be used once per person and cannot be combined with other discounts unless the promotion communication states otherwise.

9.3. Discounts are not redeemable for cash. In the event of an order refund, the value of the applied discount is not refunded.

10. Installment plans and deferred payments

10.1. If an installment plan is available for a given product, the repayment terms and costs are presented before purchase.

10.2. Failure to pay an installment on time may result in access to content being suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

11. Failed or declined payments

11.1. If a payment is declined, please verify available funds, card details, and 3D Secure authorization.

11.2. For recurring payments, the system will attempt to charge again. Failure may result in suspension of access.

12. Chargebacks and abuse

12.1. In the event of a chargeback filed with a bank, access to content will be suspended until the matter is resolved.

12.2. We reserve the right to provide the payment operator with information necessary to resolve the dispute.

13. Price changes

13.1. Prices may change. Changes do not apply to orders that have already been paid.

13.2. In subscriptions, price changes are communicated in advance. Lack of acceptance allows cancellation before the start of the new period.

14. Payment security and data

14.1. Payments are handled by external operators in accordance with industry security standards.

14.2. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

14.3. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
