Terms and Conditions of Using the Elegant Investors Platform

1. General provisions
1.1. The Elegant Investors platform is part of the Elegant Investors project, operated by Kinga Stigter as a natural person conducting an unregistered business activity.
1.2. Contact with the platform administrator is possible via email at kinga.elegant.investors@gmail.com or through the contact form available on the website.
1.3. The Elegant Investors platform provides online educational materials, including courses, subscriptions, recordings, PDF files, online meetings, a newsletter, and a forum for participants.
1.4. All content published on the website and within the educational materials is of an educational and informational nature only. It does not constitute investment recommendations, financial advice, or a guarantee of achieving specific results.
1.5. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online platform, participation in courses and subscriptions, payment rules, complaint procedures, data protection, and other forms of using the service.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Platform / Website – the website operated under the Elegant Investors brand.
User – a person using the platform who has created an account or purchased a product.
Course – a paid online educational product including PDF materials, live meetings, or access to the educational platform.
Subscription – a form of paid access to digital content (e.g. articles, webinars) that renews automatically on a specified cycle (e.g. monthly or annually).
Access to digital content – the ability to use materials available in electronic form (e.g. articles, PDF files).
Payment operator – an external entity handling electronic payments, including Stripe, PayPal, or Przelewy24.
Account – an individual User profile created for the purpose of using products available on the platform.
3. Scope of activity
3.1. The Elegant Investors platform offers online educational products in the areas of investing, personal finance, and the development of investment skills.
3.2. The offered products include courses, subscriptions, PDF materials, articles, online meetings, and a newsletter.
3.3. The platform does not provide investment, financial, tax, or brokerage advisory services within the meaning of applicable law.
4. Rules for using the website
4.1. Using certain features of the platform requires account registration.
4.2. The User is obliged to provide accurate information during registration and to protect their login credentials.
4.3. Sharing login details with third parties or using the account in a manner contrary to law or good practice is prohibited.
4.4. The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily block an account in the event of unauthorised access or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the case of serious violations, the account may be permanently deleted or access to courses may be revoked.
4.5. Users’ personal data is protected in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Policy (GDPR).
5. Orders and payments
5.1. The purchase of products is made via the website by selecting a product, adding it to the cart, and clicking the “Order and pay” button.
5.2. The agreement is concluded at the moment the payment is successfully completed.
5.3. Available payment methods include:
- debit or credit card payments,
- Google Pay payments,
- payments via the Stripe system (payment operator supporting the above methods).
5.4. After payment, the User receives a purchase confirmation by email.
5.5. Electronic invoices may be issued automatically after payment or, at the User’s request, after providing invoice details.
6. Access to digital content
6.1. The User gains access to purchased content after the payment has been credited.
6.2. By making a purchase, the User consents to the immediate commencement of the service, which, in accordance with consumer protection laws, results in the loss of the right of withdrawal once the use of digital content has begun.
6.3. Access to materials may be time-limited (e.g. 6 or 12 months from the date of purchase), in accordance with the information provided for the specific product.
7. Subscriptions and recurring payments
7.1. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected option.
7.2. The User may cancel a subscription at any time via email contact or from their user panel.
7.3. The fee for the current subscription period is non-refundable; however, cancellation prevents automatic renewal for the next period.
8. Withdrawal from the agreement and refunds
8.1. The User has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that access to digital content has not yet been granted.
8.2. Once the use of content has begun (e.g. downloading a PDF, starting a recording, accessing the course platform), the right of withdrawal expires.
8.3. In the case of live courses, a full refund is possible if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the course begins.
9. Liability and disclaimers
9.1. All content available on the platform is educational in nature.
9.2. The Administrator is not responsible for investment decisions made by Users based on the provided materials.
9.3. Elegant Investors does not guarantee the achievement of any specific financial results.
10. Copyright
10.1. All materials available on the platform, including texts, recordings, illustrations, graphics, presentations, and PDF documents, are protected by copyright law.
10.2. Copying, distributing, publishing, selling, or sharing materials with third parties without the written consent of Kinga Stigter is prohibited.
11. Complaints
11.1. Complaints regarding access to content, technical issues, or payments may be submitted to kinga.elegant.investors@gmail.com.
11.2. Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
11.3. If a complaint is accepted, the User will receive a substitute service or a refund of an appropriate portion of the payment, proportionate to the scope of the defect or unavailability of the service.
12. Personal data and privacy
12.1. Users’ personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfilment, account management on the platform, delivery of educational content, subscription maintenance, handling recurring payments, sending newsletters, and conducting correspondence related to the operation of the platform.
12.2. The data controller is Kinga Stigter, operating the Elegant Investors project as an unregistered business activity. Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
12.3. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the provision of services available on the platform. Users have the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer data, and withdraw consent at any time.
12.4. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy available on the website.
13. Final provisions
13.1. Polish law shall apply to agreements concluded via the platform.
13.2. Any disputes between the User and Kinga Stigter may be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the consumer’s place of residence.
13.3. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication on the website.
13.4. Changes to the Terms and Conditions may be introduced at any time, and Users will be informed of them via a notice on the website or by email.
13.5. The new terms become binding for existing Users after 14 days from publication, provided that the User does not object within this period.
